Damaged or Defective Items:
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Claims that pertain to packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We take responsibility for claims considered an error on our part, and we’ll cover the associated expenses.

Your order number
Tracking number
A description of the product problem
Images of the damaged or defective product
Wrong Address:
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Returns Initiated by Customer:
Please contact us before returning any product. After your product has been delivered, you have 30 business days to request a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
